Łaszczuk & Partners Helped Client to Obtain a Building Permit for a Religious Infrastructure Building

Łaszczuk & Partners advised Holy Trinity Lutheran Parish in Warsaw on obtaining a final decision accepting building permit design and permission for construction of a religious infrastructure building in Warsaw Włochy district.

Łaszczuk & Partners' interpretation of the local zoning plan of Stare Włochy district, regulating the land development conditions for the plot allocated for the planned investment, has convinced the Mayor of Warsaw that it is acceptable that the investment be realized. The administrative body initially had serious doubts regarding the planned investment because of unchangeable building alignment enclosed in the zoning plan, but it adopted the interpretation provided by Łaszczuk & Partners’ lawyers.

Agnieszka Kocon led the work of Łaszczuk & Partners’ team.
