Krzysztof Riedl, associate at Łaszczuk & Partners, will be speaking during a seminar “GDPR: A Regulation on Personal Data Protection. Practical Issues” held on 23 November 2017. The seminar will present practical aspects of new duties, responsibilities and sanctions that are introduced by the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). The Regulation will be applied in Poland beginning 25 May 2018.
Krzysztof Riedl will discuss the issues regarding outsourcing of personal data processing:
- Who may become data processor (verification of data processors)
- Elements of an agreement between the data administrator and the data processor
- Duties of the data processor
- Responsibilities of the data processor.
