On 12 February 2014, in Warsaw, the Centre for Dispute Resolution at the Faculty of Law of the University of Warsaw holds an international conference on “Current Trends in Arbitration Laws and Rules”.
The conference will discuss changes in arbitration laws of several countries as well as new rules of several arbitration institutions and how do these new regulations impact the arbitration practice. It will also explore how arbitration institutions compete and react to current challenges as well as the most current trends and international standards in arbitration regulations.
Justyna Szpara, Łaszczuk & Partners’ managing partner, will participate in Panel II of the conference on recent developments in arbitration rules, discussing the issues of Modern arbitration rules: Drafters' dilemmas.
The conference will precede 5th Warsaw Pre-moot, accompanying the 20th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
