On 25 January 2013 at the University of Warsaw (Krakowskie Przedmieście 26/28, Kazimierzowski Palace, Senate Room) the First Polish-Swiss Arbitration and Business Seminar will be held.
The seminar is co-organized by the Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution, the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce and law firms Łaszczuk & Partners (Poland) and Bratschi Wiederkehr & Buob (Switzerland) in cooperation with and the Alumni Association of the Faculty of Law and Administration of University of Warsaw.
The seminar will provide an opportunity to learn more about the specific conditions of commercial dispute resolution in Poland and Switzerland, especially the arbitration as an alternative dispute resolution method. It will also present the largest arbitration institutions in both countries. The information will be presented by Marek Furtek, President of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce and Rainer Füeg, President of Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution.
The Swiss perspective on dispute resolution will be presented by Dr. Monika Ruggli, partner at Gloor Ruggli Partner; Sandra De Vito Bieri and Lukas Wyss, Bratschi Wiederkehr & Buob and Simon Gabriel z kancelarii Gabriel Arbitration Dispute Resolution.
