Maciej Łaszczuk named arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration for Sport at the Polish Olympic Committee

On 1 January 2012, Maciej Łaszczuk was appointed as an arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration for Sport at the Polish Olympic Committee for the court’s 6th term (2012-2015).

The court, established in 1994, serves as an arbitral tribunal resolving sports-related financial and other property disputes, and also acts as an appellate body reviewing disciplinary cases and rules decisions from Polish sports associations. It also serves as an advisory body which is consulted on legal aspects of sport and its development.
