Marta Bzowska-Warsza specializes in real estate law and tax law.
Her practice includes lease, tenancy, sale and purchase of commercial, office, logistics and industrial real estate. She advises clients at every stage of real estate transactions, from due diligence through negotiation and drafting of the contract, to closing. She advises both tenants and landlords of commercial properties, supporting and representing them during negotiation and drafting of leases.
She also advises on issues related to real estate development projects, construction law, and zoning.
She advises on day-to-day tax issues, taxation of mergers and acquisitions, tax optimization and restructuring. She specializes in tax aspects of real estate transactions.
Education and experience
Marta Bzowska-Warsza joined Łaszczuk & Partners in 2002.
She is a 2003 graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.
She qualified as an advocate in 2007.
