Łaszczuk & Partners have launched an Internet portal arbitraz.laszczuk.pl devoted to arbitration. Under a single Internet address you may find a comprehensive source of information, including Polish, foreign and international arbitration legislation, a collection of judicial decisions of Polish and EU courts and bibliography of Polish publications on arbitration, as well as access to interesting publications on arbitration. Users may find also information on upcoming conferences, publications, legal changes and other important news.
The website features almost 250 rulings of Polish Supreme Court, regional and provincial courts as well as the Court of Justice of the European Communities. In addition to current legislation, the website also contains a unique collection of rulings issued before WWII. Polish Arbitration Bibliography covers more than 700 Polish legal publications on arbitration, books and media articles, published since 1918.
Originally, arbitraz.laszczuk.pl was built as an internal information source for the firm’s lawyers specializing in dispute resolution, but as the collection has grown richer, they decided to share their knowledge. The website has been made available as a tool via the Internet to attorneys, legal advisors, judges, scientists, law students, and all other interested parties and we hope it will further promote the idea of arbitration as a method of dispute resolution.
